Green, But Not the Good Kind

The former home of printed circuit board fabricator Circuit Images has been cordoned after police officers responding to a call were sickened. 

The building has been boarded up and designated a “premise hazard,” and local officials intimated that the EPA might get involved. 

Question: Will cities start demanding escrow from PCB fabs against future cleanup?
