SMTA Gets Lei’d

A call for papers has gone out for the annual SMTA Pan Pac Symposium. If you’ve never been, this is supposedly one of the best international technical conferences around.

I say “supposedly” because, well, I never have been. With two kids under three in the house, it’s hard to convince my wife (who also works) of how critical it is that I spend a week in Hawaii, and without her. But I have read through the proceedings of the past three years and heard many comments from happy attendees.

The 2007 conference will be held on Maui on Jan. 30 – Feb. 1.

Abstracts are due July 17; click here for more details.
